Terms and Conditions
These are the purchase terms for your ticket and/or service purchase with Ribe Handel.
Gecko ApS facilitates the transaction between you as the buyer of a ticket or service (also referred to as “guided tour”, “teaching”, “course”, “lecture”, “concert”) and Louisiana (“provider”), from whom you wish to purchase a service and/or ticket.
About Gecko (Facilitator)
Gecko provides services that enable providers (e.g. museums and art halls) to offer online ticket and service purchases. We act as the authorised facilitator of your purchase and handle the transaction and payment collection on behalf of the provider. Prices, benefits, availability and other terms are determined by the provider.

PAYMENT
Payment is accepted with VISA-Dankort, VISA and MasterCard via Nets. The payment will be charged once the order is approved.
Gecko guarantees secure online transactions. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your payment details during transmission.
ADMISSION TICKETS
A standard admission ticket is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The ticket is a bearer document. Tickets (PDF sent by e-mail) may be shown on a smartphone with an intact screen or printed on plain white paper. Once the QR code has been scanned at entry, it cannot be reused. You are responsible for preventing misuse of online tickets. The provider is not responsible for printing errors or subsequent price changes. Online tickets are non-refundable and not covered by the right of withdrawal.
SERVICE SPECIFICATION
A service confirmation is valid only for the specified event (guided tour, teaching, course, lecture, concert) at the stated date and time. If admission is included, this will appear on the purchase page and booking confirmation. The confirmation may be shown digitally or printed. QR codes cannot be reused once scanned. The provider accepts no liability for printing errors or subsequent price changes.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After completing your purchase and submitting payment details, you will receive a reservation confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation or encounter an error message, the order may not be valid. It is your responsibility to verify that the order was successfully completed. We are not liable for any losses related to orders without confirmation.
CANCELLATION AND EVENT CANCELLATION
There is no right of withdrawal for teaching programmes or guided tours. However, you may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the visit. Later cancellations are considered no-shows and the full amount will be charged.
If the museum must cancel (e.g. due to illness), affected participants will be contacted as soon as possible and the full amount refunded.
COMPLAINTS
If you wish to submit a complaint, please contact the provider directly by e-mail.
If the issue is not resolved, you may submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s dispute resolution centre via www.forbrug.dk

DISCLAIMER
Neither the facilitator nor the provider is responsible for order errors caused by technical issues on the buyer’s side or incorrect information such as an invalid e-mail address.
